AIRFRAME & POWERPLANT SYSTEMS REVIEW COURSE
Course Objectives
The student will be able to measure their theoretical understanding of aircraft structures, powerplants, systems and components.
About
This course last about 5 to 7 days and is designed to provide a solid foundation in theoretical aviation mechanics. The course is divided in three sections, roughly corresponding to Federal Airframe and Powerplant mechanics study areas:
1) General section
Basic electricity, weight & balance, math, physics and more.
2) Airframe section
Rivet identification, fuel, hydraulics, air conditioning systems, pneumatics, and more.
3) Powerplant section
Powerplant theory, induction, exhaust, ignition, lubrication, propellers, fire protection systems and more.
Cost
The cost of this entire course is only $1,000.00.
